HOTEL SELFCHECK-IN - GUEST GUIDE

For those arriving after the reception closing time (05:00 p.m.), the hotel has a selfcheck-in service through an automatic key distribution system (KEYCAFE), for a service of convenience and independence.

In this case, guests are REQUIRED to CHECK-IN ONLINE, through the email sent 2 days before the beginning of your stay. All guests are required to fill in the required information and you will need to re-enter your credit/debit card details.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES 

Prior to your arrival, you will receive a text message with instructions on how to collect your keys from a vending machine (KEYCAFE) located at the entrance to the hotel, opposite the entrance to the covered car park. To proceed with key collection, you will have 2 options:

• By clicking on the link contained in the SMS.

• By entering the code, also contained in the text message, on the small screen located on the bottom right-hand side of the key dispenser.

• If neither method works, you can contact us 24/7 on the following number +41 91 791 00 31.

Once you have collected your keys, you will be able to access the hotel's common areas and your room.

Rooms are available from 02.00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-out is possible at any time before 11:00 a.m. It will also be possible to check-out online via an e-mail you will receive the evening before the day of departure.
