In order to speed up the handover of the keys, we strongly recommend that you check in online via the email you will receive 2 days before the start of your stay.
Should you arrive after the reception has closed, it will be mandatory to check-in online and, before arriving at the hotel, you will receive an SMS with instructions on how to collect the keys via a vending machine (KEYCAFE) located at the hotel entrance, opposite the entrance to the covered car park (Available for CHF 15 per day and can be booked directly during the booking process).
Once you have retrieved your keys, you will have convenient access to the hotel's common areas and to your room.
